iCST camera and encoder real-time threat detection relies on VideoIQ’s award winning self-calibrating analytics. Uniquely distinguishing people, vehicles and boats from other objects, animals and scene movement, VideoIQ’s self-calibrating analytics deliver the most accurate threat detection on the market. The cameras and encoders issue alarms only when there is a viable threat, saving time and money by enabling security personnel to focus only on events of high interest. 

VideoIQ’s self-calibrating analytics eliminate the need to tune or adjust the analytics during installation. VideoIQ’s self-calibrating analytics also get more accurate with each object detected. As a result, customers gain the highest level of accuracy on the market while reducing ongoing maintenance time and resources. 

Whenever a rule configured by the customer is triggered, emails can be sent directly to any device supporting video email attachments or video mms, including cell phones, and smart phones, making it ideal for roaming guards or remote facility managers. Emails can be sent to as many as 32 approved addresses at the same time, and users can have their video system automatically notify them and send video clips of intruders or security breaches. 

VideoIQ streaming cameras and encoders can be configured for both audio talk down and listening capability, including full automated recordings of alarm events. 

This indoor detection mode enables accurate detection and tracking of people even when desks and furniture substantially obscure them as they move through a typical office environment. 

The VideoIQ streaming cameras and encoders are designed for even the most challenging outdoor and indoor environments with ultra wide dynamic range, dual encoding, H.264 day/night operation and Power over Ethernet. 

VideoIQ iCST cameras and encoders are designed to provide outstanding video and accurate realtime threat detection to environments using central storage and leading 3rd party Video Management Systems.
