Kappa : CF 8 HS
Description
Kappa CF 8 HS cameras are predestined for the observation of objects, rooms and scenes with very low or no illumination such as: Sophisticated CCTV setups, long-range observation tasks and low light applications with short exposures. An automatic iris control allows 24 h operation at any lighting condition in daytime and at night.
The CF 8 HS DRE (Dynamic Range Enhancement) assures clear view in low contrast conditions like fog, fume or rain. The CF 8 HS avoids blurring of moving objects and noise even in typical low-light level applications.
Because of its low weight, small size and rugged design the CF 8 HS camera2w fits inconspicuously into a variety of systems. Additional features are: variable operation voltage (9-36 V), low power consumption, remote control of parameters by RS 232 (e.g. configurable back light compensation, AIT, AGC, Gamma, horizontal image flip and selectable display windows).
With specific know-how Kappa develops and manufactures rugged cameras for extreme environmental conditions. These environments require thorough resistance to mechanical, climatic and electromagnetic stress, and to surrounding matter and environmental impacts. The extraordinary adaptability, superior durability and outstanding signal quality of our cameras provide the decisive advantage for our customers with certifications according to EN 9100 aviation, MIL-Standards, DO-160 etc. Our particular strength lies combining our competency in industrial production with our ability to understand specific application contexts. This lets us work together with our clients to develop the best solution, and to produce it reliably, efficiently, and with quality assured ツ- be it for 20 or 2000 at a time.
