The ivory SCD-2020R 1/3” 600TVL High-Resolution Day/Night IR Indoor Dome Camera from Samsung is a self-illuminating indoor camera with a built-in 3.6mm fixed lens that makes it suitable for monitoring compact areas such as small stores, storage areas, and hallways. The camera features 8 IR LEDs that illuminate a distance of up to 22.97′ (7m) for clear images in 0 lux. The camera automatically adjusts the intensity of its LED illuminators for objects at short distances to prevent overexposure and saturation. This true day/night camera identifies whether it is day or night and automatically switches to the appropriate mode, depending on its environment. By day, the camera switches to color mode in order to maintain optimal color, and at night, it switches to the B&W mode so as to obtain better picture definition.

The DIS feature (Digital Image Stabilizer) compensates for any camera movement to produce more stable pictures. The camera features a high-performance W-V DSP chip that effectively removes low-light gain noise and provides clear images even in dark environments. The camera features lens shading compensation that reduces the brightness contrast to obtain a more balanced image on the monitor. It also includes additional features such as remote coaxial control compatibility, SSDR extended dynamic range, motion detection, and privacy masking.
