Description
The American Video Equipment TCP/IP-ATM ATM Interface is designed to capture ATM transactions on a ATM LAN system then convert captured transactions to a serial port to interface with VSSI-Pro (ATM Serial Interface) or Digital Video Recorder (DVR) which supports text search and text insertion like the AVE line of DVRs.
Features
TCP/IP-ATM features include:
- Stand alone with Digital Video Recorder This connection will interface directly to the DVR which supportstext insertion. This insertion will interface via RS232C only from TCP-IP rear panel.
- VSSI-Pro Interface VSSI-Pro supports text insertion and has programmable gray scale and background of text insertion. User is able to define the ATM IP addresses via on-screen programming on the VSSI-Pro menu
