StarDot Technologies Security & Surveillance

StarDot Technologies : SDHM200B
Description
The StarDot Technologies SDH Series SDHM200B 1080p 2MP Color Box Camera utilizes a 1/2.5″ CMOS sensor and a 4 to 10mm varifocal lens to capture clear images in a maximum resolution of 2MP (1920 x 1080) @ 30 fps. This box camera accepts CS-mount lenses (not included), and a C-mount lens can also be used with the help of an adapter (not included).
This camera along with MCLDC (Multi-Channel Long Distance Coaxial) technology is able to transmit megapixel video through 1,000.0’ (304.8m) of coaxial cable without a repeater or transmitter. This is because MCLDC camera transmits DVB-T signals that can travel along coaxial cables. It transmits strong signals that can travel up to 3,000.0’ (914.4m) through high-quality coaxial cables. Because an MCLDC camera utilizes DVB-T signals, up to 16 MCLDC cameras can be connected to a single coaxial cable.
Available Configurations Include:

- Automatic image controls
- 1/2.5" CMOS imaging sensor
- C-mount lens (CS-mount lens with adapter can also be used; available separately)
- Long distance data transmission via a coaxial cable
- 12VDC / 24VAC power
- DC auto iris support
- Low power consumption of 4W
- Image Properties: Automatic exposure, automatic flicker reduction, automatic gain control, automatic color balance, automatic backlight compensation, digital noise reduction, auto sharpening
- EMI approved, FCC Class A, CE (EN55024)
- Long distance cable run up to 3,000.0' (914.4m)
- An installer can easily add more cameras to an MCLDC security system; daisy chain topology means that adding a new camera is as simple as connecting a coaxial cable from the nearest camera
- MCLDC camera also simultaneously transmits analog video can be transmitted down the same cable as the megapixel transmission; this can be used to utilize analog monitors that are already in place such as in a retail store or a casino that wants to watch the surveillance cameras on their existing monitors
- Being able to add 16 cameras to a single cable alleviates issues such as limited conduit space and having to install multiple cable runs (adding to the overall cost of an install)
- The MCLDC network channel receiver is ONVIF Profile S compliant so MCLDC technology is compatible with a wide range of VMS platforms
