The Speco Technologies D8WCSP H.264 8-Channel Covert DVR with Digital Deterrent comes with a built-in power supply and an internal HDD (Hard Disk Drive). This wall mount DVR is a multi-channel H.264, networkable, covert digital video recorder.
Covert video means hiding surveillance cameras from potential criminals but with this product, Speco Technologies has developed a different concept; hide the video recorder instead. Let the cameras be visible as a deterrent to crime. It looks like a normal burglar alarm or electrical panel hanging on the wall in a utility area but inside is the heart of a powerful H.264, networkable video surveillance DVR.
