IDS Imaging : GV-51F0CP Rev.2.2
Description
Compact sugar cube format of 29 x 29 mm, easy integration thanks to GigE interface and 5.10 MP Sony sensor (1/1.8″, 2472 x 2064 px px) from the Pregius S series for optimal image results – with the GV-51F0CP Rev.2.2 you don’t compromise. The fourth-generation Global Shutter sensor IMX547 delivers impressive image quality at fast 24.0 fps, even in changing light conditions. Here, users benefit from the integrated BSI (Backside Illumination) technology. In addition, the sensor has a remarkably small pixel size of only 2.74 µm, resulting in an exceptionally high pixel density.
Thanks to its GigE Vision interface, the industrial camera is uncompromisingly standard-compliant and can therefore be used comfortably with our IDS peak SDK.
The uEye+ CP camera is available as a monochrome or color version.

Applications
Electronics inspection
Cameras can check the geometry of printed circuit boards, detect the presence and absence of components as well as dirt and inspect solder joints.
Logistics
Cameras are indispensable in the logistics sector - e.g. for (de-)palletizing tasks, sorting tasks or in autonomous vehicles.
Machine vision
Industrial image processing is used in a wide variety of applications - from quality assurance to automation.
Mechanical engineering
From inspection on the production line to controlling entire systems - camera technology helps to ensure smooth processes.
Process control
Cameras check the material supply in the process and are used e.g. for the intermediate and final inspection of products.
Small device construction
Compact and powerful - IDS cameras can be easily integrated into small devices such as handheld scanners or other portable systems.
