IDS Imaging : GV-51N0CP Rev.2.2
Description
Small size, very good image quality and equipped with GigE interface: Thanks to the IMX542 Global Shutter sensor from the Sony Pregius S series, the GV-51N0CP Rev.2.2 camera is characterized by a high resolution of 5328 x 3040 px and exceptional light sensitivity.
This 1.1″ CMOS sensor of the fourth generation features BSI technology (Backside Illumination). The pixel size of just 2.74 µm enables a remarkably high pixel density.
In operation, the industrial camera measuring just 29 x 29 x 29 mm delivers fast 8.0 fps. It can be used for a wide range of applications, from inspection tasks in industry to analyses in medical technology.
The industrial camera is available as a monochrome or color version. We recommend using it in combination with our versatile IDS peak SDK.

Applications
Electronics inspection
Cameras can check the geometry of printed circuit boards, detect the presence and absence of components as well as dirt and inspect solder joints.
Machine vision
Industrial image processing is used in a wide variety of applications - from quality assurance to automation.
Metrology
IDS cameras detect objects and provide accurate information, such as their dimensions or positioning.
Pharma and healthcare
By using cameras, it is possible to check e.g. whether packaging is correctly filled and printed or whether there are any impurities.
Quality assurance
IDS cameras are used in different production phases, e.g. by checking completeness or by detecting defects.
