IDS Imaging : U3-3080CP Rev.2.2
Description
The USB3 Vision industrial camera U3-3080CP Rev.2.2 with the CMOS sensor IMX250 from Sony sets new standards in terms of light sensitivity, dynamic range and color reproduction. The global shutter sensor from the Pregius series excels with a high resolution of 5.01 MP (2448 x 2048 px px), which is perfect for applications in low light conditions as well as in microscopy. The USB3 Vision industrial camera provides excellent image quality and is extremely low-noise – at a frame rate of 77.0 fps.Software features implemented by IDS: Linescan mode, long-time exposure up to 90.0 s.
The U3-3080CP Rev.2.2 is available in both monochrome and color variants.
This camera model is supported by IDS Vision firmware 2.20 and higher.

Applications
Electronics inspection
Cameras can check the geometry of printed circuit boards, detect the presence and absence of components as well as dirt and inspect solder joints.
Endless web inspection
Whether steel, paper or fabrics - IDS cameras always keep an eye on their test object and detect, for example, material defects or stains.
Inspection applications
IDS cameras can be used to check for completeness or material defects and to detect defects or bar/matrix codes.
Machine vision
Industrial image processing is used in a wide variety of applications - from quality assurance to automation.
Monitoring
Image processing can be used, for example, to record visitor numbers and customer behavior and carry out entrance controls.
Traffic and transport (ITS)
Keeping an eye on everything - IDS cameras recognize vehicles, check the traffic flow or help with rail and road inspections.
