IDS Imaging : GV-51F0FA Rev.1.2
Description
The industrial camera GV-51F0FA Rev.1.2 is equipped with the light-sensitive 5.10 MP Sony Global Shutter sensor IMX547. This is a fourth-generation sensor from the Pregius S series, which features a combination of Global Shutter and BSI (backside illumination) technology.
Customers consequently benefit from excellent image quality, even in challenging lighting conditions. The GigE camera (1/1.8″, 2472 x 2064 px px) delivers 24.0 fps and, thanks to IP65/67, is particularly suitable for demanding industrial applications, such as factory automation.
The industrial camera is fully compliant with the Vision Standard and can therefore be used perfectly with our IDS peak SDK.
The uEye+ FA camera is available as a monochrome or colour version.

Applications
Electronics inspection
Cameras can check the geometry of printed circuit boards, detect the presence and absence of components as well as dirt and inspect solder joints.
Factory / process automation
Cameras are used in monitoring, control, regulation and optimization systems and help e.g. with localization and selection tasks.
Food & beverage
To ensure the highest food quality - camera technology e.g. detects contaminants and helps with sorting tasks and fill level monitoring.
Machine vision
Industrial image processing is used in a wide variety of applications - from quality assurance to automation.
Mechanical engineering
From inspection on the production line to controlling entire systems - camera technology helps to ensure smooth processes.
Process control
Cameras check the material supply in the process and are used e.g. for the intermediate and final inspection of products.
